Onahole setups?

I found a video the other day with a guy using his onahole with his pillow/wall?
And it had me curious on how to get a set up like his.

If anyone has any tips or guides on how to make a set up like this, It will be much appreciated! It doesn't hurt role playing abit

I tried to convince my unemployed cousin, who happen to be very skilled at sewing, that she could get rich, or at least make a living, by making pillows, or even dolls, with insertable onaholes. But she prefers to go on living in poverty and constantly brag about wanting to kill herself.

My guess is that this guy simply secured a big onahole on the pillow, maybe with a scarf or a belt, and cut a hole into the cover. It must have been a real pain to put the cover back on the pillow after that. Especially since he will have to remove it, wash it and but it back after every use. Also, if not sewed properly, there is a high probability that the hole he cut into the cover will grow larger and eventually ruin the whole thing.

That's good enough for me, if you don't have a hip, I remember struggling a bit but it's not very hard, just place a towel on top of the dakimakura, then the onahole at the border of the towel, and another towel or a belt to tie it to the dakimakura, and start humping your waifu.

I don't see her very often, and I don't care about her one bit. I only suggested it to her because I believe that is the best way for her to use her skills and make money. Of course I expected her to refuse, but that's her problem, not mine.

I considered buying one of these, but I gave it up. The problem isn't the price but rather the "usability" of the product. Silicon and TPE dolls are very heavy, which makes them hard to use and to wash. They're dust magnet, they get damaged and stained easily, and, from what I heard, the insertable onaholes that come with them aren't good at all (and it isn't possible to fit your own favorite onahole inside, they're not designed for it).

I would prefer to have a fabric doll. They don't look very lifelike but they are much lighter and resistant (and they look more like anime girls ). Some websites sell dolls like that, but the quality looks very poor, and, just like silicon dolls, they come with shitty onaholes and don't allow you to use your own.

I searched for dakimakuras with onaholes pockets, I thought these had to exist, but, apparently, they don't. I can't understand why nobody is manufacturing these already. They would definitely sell.

Nunadoll or nunodoll, I forget which, Google it. Then buy your cousin something nice and convince her to make you one with a custom hole for onaholes. Or buy a sewing machine and do it yourself.

I've already seen some dakimakuras with separated legs, I think it was from SAO's character. But yeah that would definitely be a great idea, I've never really thought about it before since I've just found out what an onahole exactly was, but I think it would sell pretty quickly among the otaku since dakimakuras in general are already super popular.
Hope someday someone will try to make these product come true, that would be a huge advantage for people using onahole daily, and mostly some new ways of playing with it.

I don't know, I just saw the link and checked the page and while seeing this beauty I was like "OMG, I freaking need this !" But since I'm still a student who's living with his parents, it would be kind of... well dangerous to own =) It's already going to be a pain in the ass to hide my upcoming's onahole...
But someday, in a near future when I'll have my own flat and salaries, I would maybe give into one of these doll. I don't really know yet, and there's no use for it right now, but that would be amazing. Maybe by then the conception and the product will get an improvement, who knows..

Unfortunately I don't have the skills to do that, and I don't have the time either. But maybe one day, when I will be less busy, I will give it a try.
