Black spots inside onahole

So I've been noticing a few black spots inside my onahole and I can't seem to get it off no matter how many times or hard I scrub it.

Is this mold and should I be worried?

Perhaps. Maybe try spraying some hydrogen peroxide to see if it's mold and it gets destroyed

It sounds like mould, you could try anti-mould (Fungicidal) products to kill off the "roots" of the mould. You could also try soaking the onahole in boiling water. but not sure if that amount of heat will damage the product, so be careful...
