Cleaning Outside of Onahole

Hey, I just got my first onahole. Liking it a lot, but I'm having some trouble with cleaning the outer skin(?) of the onahole. I think it's made of the same material as the inside. It was really sticky right out of the box and it's picking up all sorts of stuff. Flecks of clothes/sheets, residue off my hands, etc. I can't effectively clean it off with water, so I'm kind of at a loss as to what I should do.

Idk the name of this thing for sure (I picked it up at a convention), but it's based on Nozomi from Love-Live. From what I can translate, it's the Hame-Dol Onahole Festival (maybe that's the series name, idk.) Hope that helps. Thanks in advance!

For clean and smooth outside, use talc or cornstarch after you've thoroughly washed it. Apply it gently and it should be better =)
