I'm pretty sure I clean my onahole thoroughly using only water and properly dry it with microfiber cloth everytimes, but still my onahole have a lot of tiny hole like that.
What causes it?
Is it inevitable?
Is it normal for onahole to be damaged like this?

That's not uncommon: not enough care from the maker when making it, causing bubbles to appear while the TPE isn't solidified yet.
In your case it's still okay to use, you can try fixing it with a soldering iron but I doubt it's worth. Just make sure there's no mold growing inside !
