Buying from J-list

I've been looking at some of the onaholes on J-list and on all the one's I've looked at it says "NOTE: This is a new novelty onahole from Japan for stress relief. It is intended for use as a joke gift item only." I'm not really sure what it means by this. Does it mean you're not supposed to use it for masturbation?
I would ask J-lists customer support but the support site is so shit.

I have seen that note on websites specialized in onaholes and sex toys as well. It definitely doesn't mean you mustn’t use the toy for masturbation. I bought my Lolinco form JList and it's perfectly fine.

I don't know why they put it but I assume they have to. Maybe that's because the legality of sex toys is a grey area in some countries (including some states of the US apparently) so they sell them as "joke gift" instead.

Yes, that is done to circumvent bans on sex toys in at least some of the overly united states of America.

Indeed, in some countries all sextoys are illegal, but you can get away with it by stating it's not a sextoy ;)
There is another reason too: if categorized as sextoy, then it would require certification by the FDA or whatnot, which costs much money. This doesn't mean the product wouldn't pass the certification. They just avoid the paperwork.
