Huge cum loads: improving semen amount

I wanted to start here with this subject: improving the amount of cum and it's production.
On average, men cum about a teaspoon worth of semen per ejaculation, and can ejaculate about a handful of times (after that, it's almost dry-orgasming and can feel painful at the testicles).
So I've been reading that zinc can improve the semen amount, but there were more food supplements that have effect. And drinking lots of water. What's effective ?
Also, are there more methods to boost semen production ? Maybe bullshit, but testicle massaging ? Edging for hours ? Experiencing men-squirting ?
And oh, what about the reverse ? How is it possible to reduce cum ? Or even "hack" it to cum again and again without any actual semen shot out ? May prove interesting for using an onahole again and again without filling it with sticky fluids

According to this website, there are some foods that contain L-Arginine, which increases volume and intensity, and zinc, for sperm production and testosterone.
Cites: dark chocolate, oysters, eggs, bananas, spinach, asparagus, garlic, carrots, goji berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, ginseng, maca

I have clicked the link and read the effects of each individual food, though im curious about one. The site says that 'spinach' will decrease the chance of getting someone pregnant.
Now in some cases that might be a good thing, but i dont want to be unable to have children (at some point, not just yet :p).
I might have read it wrong, If that would be the case i appreciate it if you'll correct me

Oh if it does has such effect, then it's not permanent ! Spinach has been cultivated since 647 AD, so you guess if eating spinach permanently reduces pregnancy chances, then our species would have died off since long

I came to this forum to ask a question but I should give something in exchange. I did some research on the subject and this is more or less what I found.

Ah yes, Thunder's Place. I read a lot from that exact same post time ago, and decided to try. I even made an excel sheet with everything I was taking and the exercises I was doing. After a month+, no results, I actually found it harder to orgasm since it was more difficult for me to ejaculate sperm at all. No increase in volume, intensity, etc. it actually got worse. Don't know, maybe I've been doing it wrong, or the supplements I was taking weren't the proper ones, but I do not recommend it, waste of time and money.

I saw mixed results on the thread. I might eventually try it myself. If I ever do I will post results here.
