Legality in the US?

Post by skape » 2015 Jul 10, 15:33

If anyone is living in the united states right now and have had Onaholes delivered to them with no problems (ones that may or may not be considered questionable representations of an underaged form) could you let me know? I realize that some of the sex dolls that are full bodies and are under a certain height and that have certain body characteristics like small breasts can be subject to this kind of scrutiny, but would something like the Puni Ana DX Hard or the Puni Ana SPDX be considered in this way since they are only half a torso and a torso respectively? since they aren't full forms of a human body? Again I realize that this is an EU board but information on this is scarce elsewhere as it is.

The Kokoro is the most child like hip I've ever seen (so child like it's creepy, it looks like a baby :? ) and I bought mine from ToyDemon, a US shop. I doubt they would be selling it if there were any legal risk. They did sell it without the packaging with loli illustration though. Whatever shop you buy your onaholes from you should ask them to do the same because cartoon child erotic material is not legal in the US. Be aware that some hips (the Puni Ana ones amongst others) are sold with CD containing loli illustrations as well so you should ask your shop to get rid of that too.

Kind regards

It's not illegal though. At least not in all states. It's a grey area.

No, it's not a grey area, and no, it doesn't vary state to state. Such cartoons are considered 'obscene' matter under US (federal) law and the sentences are exactly the same as for actual ch p.

At the federal level, erotic legal, but contended. It's not only about children and it's not only visual works.
There was a site with text stories (no images) which was prosecuted, and the owner reported that what she saw of the case coming against her, it was not only about children. Ultimately, many want to suppress anything very erotic, outside of what happens directly between husband and wife, but they start with what is easiest. There is a feminist who is involved in the war against pornography and stated that the law in the U.K. that ISPs must block pornography by default is one papercut in what shall be a death to pornography by a thousand papercuts.

There are states where rendered erotic images of children are
distributed without prosecution.

According to what I've found, sex toys are illegal in the following states.
- Alabama by the Anti-Obscenity Enforcement Act
- Mississippi, Georgia, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Virginia, Colorado
Loopholes are used to circumvent the law in some states.

So, you can buy lolicon onaholes some places in the USA, but I advise to build your stash quickly, because a choice for president of Hillary Clinton or Mitt Romney represents the choice between atrocious and horrific in general for people who are in this forum and in the USA..

I havent had any problems importing Onaholes into the U.S and ive imported at least 10 so far including huge ones like the Virgin Love and Wet Meiki KIWAMI using USPS and DHL. I also tried other Onaholes like the I love JS, and Puni Hole DX, and several others, never once has USPS opened any of my boxes and their always shipped with EMS.
