My personal 10/10 would have to be the "Fleshlight - Blade", although technically not an onahole and technically I modified the casing to provide some really extreme suction. Sadly, It's not available for purchase anymore as to my knowledge. Additionally, I haven't tried any of the larger "big" onaholes, the ones that are heavy & large in size. I know I'd probably rate one of them a 10/10, but it seems inconvenient to store away.
