Meiki Maria Ozawa has no uterus stinger?

Hello all,
I just bought Maria Ozawa meiki but I find there is no uterus stinger at the end of canal. Some people got the same meiki with uterus stinger at the end of the passage, some do not. Is this normal? Is there supposed to be uterus stinger or not?
Second question, does anyone know the contact detail of NPG manufacturer, the meiki manufacturer? Thank you!
