Give and ask help for choosing products

Hi guys this is my first time trying to order from amazon japan and I am trying to get the following product.

At checkout, it refuses to work and is giving me the following error.
After attempting to use a translator, I got the following result.
Is this due to US Customs not allowing these products to be shipped overseas?

If you don't live in Japan, you can't order from amazon.jp. It's for domestic shipping only. Instead, you can ask a retailer like NLS or OtonaJP to get it for you.

You have to use tenso.com, a mail forward service. I heard it is best in Japan. I plan to buy my next batch from amazonjp by using tenso. Their estimated shipping prices are very good. And amazonjp is even cheaper than NLS so you can save some bucks or just get another onahole for the same price
