I just been to japan and I buy my first onahole, I research about it but I forgot to research about lube so I simply get one but now I not sure it is water based or silicon base and any review ? I get one is the evolotion light other is extreme

Sorry, I can't find any information on that lube.

AFAIK PePe only makes water-based lube
One easy way to confirm: put a bit on your fingers, and try to rinse with water.
→ if water-based: only a few seconds and all the lube is washed away
→ if silicon-based: the lube remains despite the water
