Onahole Durability?

Hi i just bought Magic Eyes La vie en ROSES Onahole. Still brand new after a first use i noticed that when i cleaning it run water through the pipi hole water came out the a hole.Before i use it i check the onahole is in perfect condition. So are they really that squishy? Is it normal to break after a first use? Sorry for my bad english.
