Maria ozawa meiki material

Hi all,

Does anyone know what is the material of meiki maria ozawa? I read it on website it's made from PVC but other source says TPE. The thing is most PVC contains pthalates hence pthalate free for PVC seems to be impossible. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

I didn't check that product, but: it seems very unlikely it's in PVC, because PVC is a hard material with little flexibility.
(whereas TPE has a webbed structure, hence the "elastomer" in it's name)
