Hi everyone,

not sure if this fits the topic but i just recently ordered at that new shop otona sekai and i got screwed big times. They promised me by mail that they would remove packaging and also alter the price on the package but they did nothing and i had the worst time of my life at customs just last monday. Before they answered to mails quickly but when i now asked them what happened they did not respond at all.

I know they are new so maybe mistakes can happen but they way it looks now i can only recommend to not use this shop as they do not do as they promise to. I am very disappointed at them

I should also add the product seemed to opened. Not sure if it happened at customs but in case not they seem to sell low quality items on purpose

What kind and how many product did you exactly order ? Were the content of the box expansive ? Did otona sekai labeled the package with an other kind of description, like hobby kind, toy figure or something ? That's what onahole seller are used to do usually.

So they didn't change the price right ? They indicated the full amount right on the package ? Was is regular SAL or EMS ?

Last but not least about the packaging you asked them to remove. What kind of artwork was it ? Anything related with lolis ?
In which country are you living for having to open up your personnal and private stuff at the post office right in front of other people ? Oo

That honestly leave me speechless. Here in France, people have never asking me to do sthg like this. I just pay the custom fees if I got some and then goodbye everyone.

I'm honestly really surprised of how things turned out for you. Otona Sekai seems to be a rather trustful shop so why did they say OK to your request for then not doing anything and leaving the things like this ? Bad, really bad service here. Because of their mistake you had to endure some hard time I guess ?

Can you explain in further details what exactly happened at the post office ?
