Buying, customs and shipping questions

Hi im gonna buy some things but dont know if the package of the item can brought problems, the character of the box looks underage or maybe im exaggerating, i live in mexico and i dont know how will react the agent customs if my package is opened.
another question is about shipping, the seller offers airmail registered, international airmail registrered, eco registrered, sal registrered.
Whats the most probable be will stoped in customs?
the size of the package afect too in be stoped?
