My second warmer broke alter only a year of use. The first one broke after few weeks. I'm so pissed I don't want to buy another one.
Entering a cold onahole is hell. Using a warmer is a pain because it takes too much time and I don't like to plan my fapping sessions in advance (and also the warmers broke).
Is there another solution ?

Take a cheap hole and try to microwave it! (max 5sec) I know It works with lube!

Warm water is what I use, it's a bit cumbersome but gets the job done very well
Put both your onahole and lube (i have my lube in a closed little vial) In a zip lock bag (freezer bags are good for this)
then fill it with the warmest water your tap can give you, wait for the water to be a lukewarm (it's heat should have equalized with your ona)
Then drain it, dry it, lube it, fuck it.
