I need some good names of water based lube for anal play, i know that it's not possible to use silicon based lube with silicon toy.

Is it the same that onahole? Pepe? Onayatsu? Etc...

afaik both, onaholes and other silicon toys like plugs, have to be used with water based lube only.
Got myself a bottle for 10 bucks as I already have a plug and plan on buying an onahole.
However I can't tell if it's good yet. I'll probably be able to when I use it with an onahole.

Until then I can only tell you that generally lubes for onaholes should be ok with other silicon toys too, yes.

Yes generally a good lube for onaholes is also a good lube for anal PePe, Onatsuyu, Ubujiru,... not lube with "warming" effect or the "cooling" lube with menthol
A drop on your finger (can wear nitrile glove), rub the lube all around your sphincter for easy insertion, and rub a well spread layer of lube all over the insertable part of your toy. Slow and easy, pausing for a while if it becomes uncomfortable, until your body has adjusted
