Onahole stock refresh date?

Hello guys,
I am pretty new to onaholes but I am sure I will in for a world of surprises! I recently bought 4 onaholes to try out after using tenga and fleshlights for a long time i need something more!
Anyway I just want to ask anyone who would be so kind to answer that how often do the stocks refresh for onaholes? Let's say for E-nls, no1goods.com, the japanese sites, etc. I am living in Asia atm so I use the asian sites to purchase. If any of the experienced onahole user would be so king to answer my question that would be great! I want to know because it's almost at the end of the year and if I was going to purchase more should I wait for the new years to see?
